Design methodology

Our designers will work directly with you in a closed loop environment to ensure feedback is taken on board at an early stage. This allows the design to evolve based upon your feedback to ensure we hit the mark every time.

Website maintenance

Once your web site has launched, it is inevitable that future changes will be required. This can either be handled in house by you, using our intelligent Content Management System or Alien Design can take on responsibility for maintenance leaving you worry free.

Web site maintenance recommendations are based on the estimated number of hours required, every month, to keep your web site updated. All hours allocated are used at your discretion, and are typically used by clients in different ways: some choose to bank the time, and carry out large updates every couple of months; some use every last minute, every month. We are completely flexible.
